Karen is Head of Claims and Operations, Bermuda. Karen joined Fidelis Insurance in 2021 as a Senior Claims Adjuster in the Bermuda office. Prior to joining Fidelis, Karen was at AIG in the Multinational division where she held several roles, from producing to reinsurance recoverables, and eventually to managing the main reinsurance services office responsible for handling all of AIG’s global fronting programs.
